The primary trial lawyer in the criminal defense area has previously served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and has substantial jury trial experience in both felony and misdemeanor trials. Mr. Weidner has given lectures and seminars on a variety of subjects and written articles on Driving Under the Influence. The Firms' experience in the criminal defense area encompasses all phases of the litigation process from preliminary investigations through trial and numerous types of pre-trial motions and litigation as well as post-conviction matters including motions for reduction of sentences and sentencing memorandum.
