We are pleased to announce that James Wegmann, a valued partner at our firm, has accepted a position serving the public in Beaufort County.

Jim's position is a well-deserved recognition of his dedication to the legal profession, and we are excited for his next chapter in public service. We thank him for his years of service and camaraderie and wish him all the best in his new and exciting role.

As a result of this transition, the firm will continue under the new name:

Weidner & Harper, LLC.

While the name is evolving, our commitment to serving our clients with integrity, experience and personalized service remains the same. Our real estate transactions and litigation teams, including our dedicated support staff, will continue to serve you without interruption. We are taking this opportunity to inform our clients that the remaining partners will be assuming responsibility for Mr. Wegmann's practice areas.

Larry Weidner will continue with his existing practice areas but will also assume responsibility for Mr. Wegmann's real estate transactions practice.

Frampton Harper will continue with his existing practice areas but will take charge of Mr. Wegmann's wills, estates and probate practice.
